Learn how Special Care Service handles your data.

Effective Date: May 27, 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to Special Care Service ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

2. The Data We Collect About You

We may collect, use, store and transfer different kinds of personal data about you which we have grouped together as follows:

  • Identity Data: includes first name, last name, username or similar identifier.
  • Contact Data: includes billing address, delivery address, email address and telephone numbers.
  • Transaction Data: includes details about payments to and from you and other details of products and services you have purchased from us.

3. How We Use Your Data and Email Communications

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., providing Process Service or Notary services).
  • Email Communications: When you provide your email address and consent during checkout, we use your email address strictly for transactional purposes. This includes sending order confirmations, receipts, and secure links to download your documents. We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) Simple Email Service (SES) to securely deliver these communications.
  • We do not use your email for marketing or bulk promotional mailings. We do not sell your email address or personal data to third parties.
  • Users may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by contacting us directly at specialcareservices0@gmail.com.

4. Data Retention and Suppression

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.

Email Suppression List: In compliance with anti-spam regulations and AWS SES strict guidelines, if an email sent to you results in a "hard bounce" or if you mark our email as "spam/complaint", your email address will be automatically and permanently added to our internal suppression list. Once suppressed, you will no longer receive any automated communications from us.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We use the following third-party processors:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Used for secure document storage (S3), database management (DynamoDB), and transactional email delivery (SES).
  • Stripe / Square: Used for secure payment processing. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers.

6. Your Legal Rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, erasure, or restriction of processing.

If you wish to delete your account or request the removal of your personal data (including your email address) from our systems, please contact us at specialcareservices0@gmail.com. We will process your request within 30 days.

7. Security and Abuse Prevention

To protect our website and users from spam, abuse, automated attacks, and fraudulent activity, we may use security technologies including Cloudflare Turnstile CAPTCHA verification and rate-limiting systems powered by Upstash Redis. These systems may temporarily process technical data such as IP addresses and request metadata solely for security purposes.
